1. We sell an Installation, NOT a Repair

You are purchasing the right to INSTALL the software on ONE SINGLE PC. The activation key (Key) is only the means of enabling the program, but our service is the installation. Therefore, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS once the Key has been delivered, regardless of whether or not the program solves your printer's problem.

2. Tied to a Single PC

The installation is linked exclusively to the machine where it is activated. How long it lasts depends on you (it may last 1 day or 20 years). If you format your PC, change your hard drive or try to move it to another computer, you will lose the installation immediately and will have to purchase a new one.

3. Strict Scope of the Software

The program ONLY resets the waste ink pad counters. It does NOT fix physical problems, print quality, printhead cleaning, the maintenance box or cartridge failures.

• Epson: Only the Ink Pad error, E11 and the cap error.
• Canon: Only 5B00, 1700, P07, E08.
• Epson SC plotters: Only 00000008, 00080000, 00040000, 00000004, 00010000, 00000001, 0014BD

4. 100% Self-Service Process and Connection

This is a 'Do it yourself' service. You carry out the process by following our videos. We do NOT provide remote assistance and we do not access your PC. Connecting the printer by USB CABLE is essential.

Note: If you are hesitant before buying, you can request a Trial Key (a test key) by WhatsApp, one time only.

5. Antivirus and Reinstallation

Using Windows Defender ONLY is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT. If you have any other antivirus, you must UNINSTALL it completely (pausing it is not enough). This installation manager has a 'Reinstall' button; if your antivirus deletes the program by mistake, you can reinstall it with that button to recover it without losing your activation (as long as you have not formatted).
